Applying for a VOG

NK Little League has set the goal of creating a safe sporting climate within the tournament. We aim to achieve this in part by allowing only coaches, trainers, and umpires with a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) to take part in the tournament.

A good example sets the standard, and that is why we believe that the organization of NK Little League itself should also hold a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG).

How did we set this up and why?

A new foundation has been established, the “Dutch Little League Foundation,” under which the NK Little League will fall, in close cooperation with the KNBSB.

This was necessary in order to apply for a free Certificate of Conduct (VOG) for all involved volunteers.

To ensure the tournament runs as smoothly as possible, we have developed the following procedure:

All applications for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) can be submitted using the form below. These applications are entered by the VOG manager, Randy Suvaal, via eHerkenning. The applicant will then receive an email requesting them to complete their details. Once this process is completed, the certificate will be sent to the applicant by email.

The certificate must be presented to the VOG manager, Randy Suvaal, before the start of the tournament.

The VOG certificates of Randy Suvaal, Erika Dechamps, and the organization will be checked by the KNBSB integrity manager, Sonja Noort.

This is only for the umpires

In 2026, this will also apply to coaches and trainers.
